Homes for Islington - A Brush Up Your Skills Case Study

Homes for Islington manages rented and leasehold stock across Islington, providing a comprehensive range of housing management services. The company was keen for training to focus on areas where changes to working practices meant that new skills were needed, therefore deciding to roll out this training across its many sites to incorporate all employees.

Steven Gyasi-Ekooba was a member of the caretaking team. Changes to the caretakers role meant that they were now required to make on line notes, and with little IT experience Steven was aware that this would require a whole new skill set.
