For people who with to develop their counseling skills in work settings, such as nurses, social workers, teachers, advice workers and those who need to use advanced communication skills in the workplace
No formal qualifications are required, selection for the course is by an informal interview with the course tutor

- developing emotional intelligence and relational intelligence
