CISI Award for Introduction to Investment

This course will improve your knowledge and understanding of:

• The Financial Services Industry
• The major investment and hedging products
• How the various markets operate; roles of major financial institutions
• The regulatory environment for financial services
• Equities, derivatives and bonds

Candidates should be employmed in the financial services sector, or seeking and immediately ready for employment in the sector. Employability skills are integrated in to the course and includes access to specialist employment advice.

The CISI  course is recognised nationally as a comprehensive introduction to Investment.  Assessment is external and taken via online testing for which current photo ID is required.

Candidates must have good literacy and numeracy [level 2] which will be assessed at interview and a demonstrable commitment to study.
