Employees with English as a Second Language who need to improve their communication and Business English skills.
Participants should have a reasonable level of spoken and written English.
The course normally covers the following areas:
- Formal vs. Informal English
- Business Vocabulary
- Business Correspondence
- Persuading / Negotiating
- Grammar
Training may take place at either Tower Hamlets College or the employer's premises, depending on the requirements of the employer and number of employees undertaking training.
