
Fully trained NVQ assessors and trainers who specialise in Employability training and supporting clients into work.
We work closely with a number of Job Centre Plus centres to design and deliver employability courses. Courses are designed to empower learners to confidently enter the job market and gain employment.
The Employability team at TowerSkills aims to reduce unemployment in line with Government targets and national priorities. Successful candidates are supported back into work and where appropriate are encouraged to enrol onto an apprenticeship.
The Employability team offers two week programmes covering interview skills, confidence building, CV workshops, mock interviews, job application writing and
literacy support.

The aim of this unit is to help the learner to plan for progression by understanding their programme and the facilities and support available and by being able to recognise and build on personal strengths. |
