The ILM Level 2 qualifications in Team Leading are specially designed to give practising or aspiring team leaders a solid foundation in their formal development as a leader.
The level 2 Award in Team Leading is a concise qualification designed to give learners a basic knowledge of the various roles, functions and responsibilities of a team leader and the limits of their authority and accountability. The mandatory unit in ‘Developing yourself as a team leader’ is a good starting point for team/cell leaders who are new to their roles or for aspiring leaders who wish to gain a solid understanding of the principles and practicalities of team leading. The qualification will be tailor made to the requirements/operational needs of your organisation, including the embedding of organisational policies & procedures into the course plan.
Our normal mode of delivery is 1 day a week for 8 weeks, however this could be modified to a half day a week for 16 weeks, or 1 day a month of 6 months etc. Learners are also supported on online via a virtual learning environment.
Cost - £650 per learner (based on a minimum group size of 8)
The ILM Level 3 qualifications in First Line Management have been specially designed to give practising or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation in their formal development as a manager.
The Level 3 Award in First Line Management is a concise qualification which gives an introduction to the basic skills, knowledge, and understanding required by today’s first line manager. The mandatory unit in ‘Solving Problems and Making Decisions’ is designed to develop practical techniques for tackling managerial problems and decisions from gathering and interpreting information through to the effective communication of outcomes. The qualification will be tailor made to the requirements/operational needs of your organisation, including the embedding of organisational policies & procedures into the course plan.
Our normal mode of delivery is 1 day a fortnight for 10 sessions, however this could be modified to a half day a week for 20 weeks, or 1 day every 3 weeks of 8 months etc. Learners are also supported on online via a virtual learning environment.
Cost - £850 per learner (based on a minimum group size of 8)
ILM Level 4 Qualifications in Management are designed to give practising or aspiring middle managers a solid foundation for their formal development as a manager. The qualification also acts as bridge between Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications, preparing learners for the more rigorous demands of study at a higher level.
The Level 4 Award in Management is a concise qualification made up of two mandatory units – ‘Understanding the management role’ and ‘Developing management skills’ Here learners cover the core research, analysis and group working skills essential to practising or potential middle managers. All learners gain free trial membership of ILM for six months. This provides access to a wide range of online resources including reading lists, study guides, suggested websites for further research and other tailored resources to help participants complete their programme successfully. The qualification will be tailor made to the requirements/operational needs of your organisation, including the embedding of organisational policies & procedures into the course plan.

Cost - £1000 per learner (based on a minimum group size of 8)
The ILM Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management has been specifically designed for middle managers with a wide span of control and accountability for performance, in particular those with responsibility for determining resource allocation and operational methods in their department or organisation.
Learners take four mandatory units covering developing and implementing operational plans, working productively, providing leadership and direction, and planning change. They then choose from a diverse range of optional units to complete the qualification, tailoring their learning to meet their individual and organisational needs. The qualification will be tailor made to the requirements/operational needs of your organisation, including the embedding of organisational policies & procedures into the course plan.
Our normal mode of delivery is 7 x 3 hour training sessions, 1 every 3-4 weeks. In between the training sessions learners are supported via 1-1 visits and access to an online learning environment.
Cost - £1300 per learner (based on a minimum group size of 8)
