Many managers' although good at many aspects of their roles may be challenged by difficult conversations and individuals who are assertive in their approach and/or are underperforming. A difficult conversation is anything an individual finds hard to talk about. Selecting the appropriate words to say and selecting the actions to obtain the desired outcome in the interests of the organisation and the individual is a difficult but crucial for moving forward.

This programme addresses some of the main challenges and through a series of interactive role plays and best practice approaches enabling delegates to get better results in these situations.
